With over a decade of experience in mental health and wellness, I provide compassionate, integrative care that supports emotional healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. My background in both nursing and social work allows me to approach treatment holistically, combining clinical expertise with empathy, understanding, and individualized support. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of South Alabama and hold dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
While I specialize in women’s mental and emotional wellness across the lifespan, my practice is open and welcoming to children, adolescents, adults, and families from all backgrounds. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, stress, and major life transitions.
I believe every person deserves a safe space to feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and goal-focused life coaching designed to help individuals build confidence, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I am passionate about helping people feel more balanced, resilient, and in control of their mental health journey. My goal is to make care approachable, supportive, and stigma-free while walking alongside each client toward healing, growth, and a healthier future.
