A free 15-minute telehealth consultation is available to address your concerns regarding mental health and to determine if medication management, psychotherapy, or a combined approach is suitable. This brief, secure video or phone consult allows you to ask questions, review available telehealth services, and ensure a good fit before starting care.
60 min: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, teens, and adults to obtain mental and medical health history, establish diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination, including options for medication management and psychotherapy conveniently through telehealth services.
30 min: Psychiatric evaluations and medication management for Child and Adult Mental Health, including monitoring and bi-weekly follow-up for conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders via telehealth services.
60 min: Evidence-based psychotherapy focused on the treatment of anxiety, mood dysregulation, depression, trauma/PTSD, and adjustment disorders, with an emphasis on stress management. Additional areas of focus include anger management, impulse control, ADHD, and psychiatric evaluations. All of which can be accessed from the comfort of your home through our convenient telehealth services.
1hr 15 min: Following an initial assessment, this bundled session provides tailored support for children, teens, and adults. The initial assessment helps determine which services are needed, and each standard session may include psychotherapy, medication management, skills development, coaching, and psychoeducation. Every plan is personalized to help clients build coping strategies, manage emotions, and make meaningful progress toward their mental health goals.
“Chat & Coffee Life Coaching,” is designed to feel more like a meaningful conversation over coffee than a traditional office session. The service focuses on personal growth, mindset, motivation, life transitions, stress management, and emotional wellness in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. Through compassionate guidance and real-life conversation, clients are supported in gaining clarity, confidence, and balance while working toward personal and professional goals.
Clinical Hour Rate: $13 per clinical hour. Services are offered through telehealth and include medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, psychiatric evaluations, screening assessments, and psychotherapy.
Application Fee: $175 (non-refundable).
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the start of the clinical rotation.
